Purchase question
Hi,
I just ordered an iphone, was charged but I am not able to verifty through a cell phone as that is what I am purchasing. Didn't get an email confirmation of the order, anyone know of how I can make sure it is still being sent. Appreciate the assistance.

Mentor1 month agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.

OP1 month agoya its not even under my purchased items on here, but the charge is processing. Any ideas guys?
