I’m very sorry this happened, but you are completely covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee. Here’s all you have to do:
* File a return request from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Item arrived damaged’ as the reason for your request.
* If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within three business days, then go back to your open return request on Day 4, and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.

The seller may think he doesn't accept returns, but eBay says otherwise.
Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
