Purchase Problem
I made a purchase of a presale item last January. The seller was unable to get the item until this past October. He or she lost my address. I cannot just send it in an email because it violates eBay rules. How can I send my address without violating the rules? I am a long-time eBay customer and do not want to be barred from the site.
