Purchase price of shipping label does not match shipping price that the buyer paid
Does anyone know why a buyer may pay a smaller shipping fee than the price of the shipping label that I (seller) paid? Photo is attached.

Mentor4 months agoLooks like you listed a flat shipping rate of $5.16, that means no matter where in USA your buyer lives they will only pay that amount.
You needed to list with calculated shipping and it would have charged your buyer based on their location.
