Purchase on Ebay that was removed & they will not issue a refund.

Question

I ordered the wrong item (razor blades). I wanted to return it and they would not give me return details. There are several emails back & forth. Seller totally aware that I wanted to return it or replace it. Sent pictures, and I did the return info on Ebay site but because of the option I chose, they would not refund and removed the order from the system so I can't even attempt to return. I don't know what to do. Can someone please help..

@mary-el0 Sellers are not required to accept remorse returns ( bought wrong item) Sellers are only required to accept returns for items that are not as described in the listing.

You will have to keep the wrong blades or sell them yourself. Sorry but this is not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
