Purchase of items every 10 days
Seller states you can only buy 1 item every 10 days. I purchased an item on the 1st and it is now the 10th. It will still not allow me to. Why?

That is a Buyer Requirement that the seller can set for various parameters. It gives the seller some protection from newbies who might get in over their head. It's likewise protection for the newbies. The seller has a Buyer Requirement Exemption list that he can put your name into, and allow you to buy more than one in a period. But first you have to gain his trust. Pay fast. Demonstrate responsibility. Give the seller good feedback – the transaction must have been good or you wouldn't want to purchase again. Don't bury the seller in questions, one or two at most. After a few purchases, request the seller to add your username to his Exemption list. I'm not making any guarantees that the seller will accede, I'm just telling you what I'd do.

From the 1st to the 10th is only nine days. As previously advised, try again tomorrow.
