Purchase of boots - Sized incorrectly.
Hello,
I purchased a pair of boots size 9 from a seller on Ebay. I am a true size 9 in shoes. Upon receipt and trying on the boots and wearing them for a few hours, the boots fit very tight (my toes were left numb) and came to the conclusion that these shoes were incorrectly sized (they are made in India) and fit as an 8 1/2. I have decided to return them. However, I will have to pay for the return shipping and my refund at the end will be almost half of what I paid. While I understand that it may not be the seller's fault that the shoes are defective in size. It is not my fault either. Otherwise, I would happily keep the boots. My question is should I have to bare the entire cost of the return? Thank you.
