Purchase of a defective product and seller refuses to refund fully.
Bought a light for a Hyundai. Wired wrong, when installed it took the logic circuit out in the fusebox for the running light and turn signal. Cost me 100.00 for a used fuse box and 155 for a used lamp assembly. Seller is telling me they will refund 15.00 and I can sell the headlight. No mention of the damage caused by the defective part.
I want to know how I can get my money back for the defective part and get reimbursed for the damage to the car. 274.00 using my cost on the part and a hours labor to install. The replacement light cost me 155.00 I feel this seller owes me 525.65. Thats 274 for the fuse box, 155.00 for the light and the original 96.65 I spent on the defective light. How do I go about making this claim?
