I've read the FAQs... still don't understand. If I bought a baseball card from a seller that does not accept returns (e.g. Rookie Nolan Ryan) and eBay's verification process says it is not authentic, does the seller have to refund my money? And if not, then what good did it do me to learn I purchased a fake?
