Purchase not showing on my account and seller doesn't respond.
Got a email saying confirmation but when I follow the link it's to a dead page. And my account says no purchase made. But my bank account does 124 dollars so yeah what up with this and no way of reaching eBay

Mentor2 years ago@Anonymous Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
