Purchase Not Delivered. Refund Not Made
Hello ebay community. I purchased a mountain bicycle on June 15. It was item number 385683528960. Neither the item nor the refund was delivered. I am told I got the refund on July 20, 2023. IT NOT TRUE. I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. I WANT MY REFUND. This is not good for eBay's reputation. Please help.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and you can see the status of your refund and the account used to receive the refund.
