Purchase never shipped
I recently made a purchase and the seller hasn't shipped the item (ordered one week ago) and is unresponsive to messages regarding the item. It won't allow me to cancel the purchase saying I need to wait for its arrival first, but without it getting shipped I'll never receive it. How do I get my money back? Thanks

Check your Purchase History for the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) you were given for that item. As soon as you reach the day after the showing EDD ... then open an 'item not received' claim from your Purchase History.
Go back to your open claim after 3 business days to ask eBay to step in ... IF you haven't received a refund by then. You will be refunded soon after.
