Purchase never received
what do I do about a purchase that said it was shipped but I never received it and I got a refund but what if it comes after all this? The seller never responded to my messages and I felt unappreciated as a customer.

If the item arrives after you have received your refund, contact the seller to either arrange to pay again or to ship the item back to the seller if the seller chooses to provide a prepaid label for you.
