Purchase made but product never shipped

Question

Made a purchase and the seller posted that the package was shipped and provided a tracking number but when I check the tracking the package never was sent to the carrier! What am I supposed to do now I been waiting patiently for my package and am now frustrated it hasn’t even been shipped and now I’m out almost 90 dollars

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
