Purchase Item which might be Fraudulent

Question

I just purchased a golf club and today, received notification the club was shipped. I contacted the seller because it didn’t include a tracking number. I clicked on the seller and now, it’s saying no longer a registered user. I did try contacting the seller . My credit card has been charged for the golf club. I want to know how to report this to eBay about a possible scammer. I still may get my golf club but, I have no way of tracking it. Any assistance is appreciated.

You are still covered by eBay's money back guarantee, even if the seller is no longer registered.

Here is what eBay says:

"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?

If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.

If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:

Wait 10 days for the item to arrive.
If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
