These are some of the things you must do:

Contact your seller. I see you have done this already

Make sure the estimated delivery date has passed

Make sure that you are still covered under the 30 days buyer protection ( eBay gives you full 30 days from the last estimated delivery date)

Now if:

If you get no response or the seller is not willing to help you :

-Go to the purchase history and click on the item . Follow the instructions for items not received.

-When you open a case do not close the case no matter what the seller says until your item or your refund is in your hands **once a case is closed it can not be reopened and you can be out of your money or merchandise.**
