I ordered an item and a few days later the seller is no longer an EBay member. There’s no way of contacting. eBay declined to cancel the order. What’s next?

You are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Wait one day past the estimated delivery date and file a claim via the item in your Purchase history that you did not receive it. Follow the steps and time periods in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
