purchase issue
Hello,
I am both a buyer and a seller on eBay. Recently I purchased an item from a seller in the USA. I chose that seller specifically because the location is USA. I paid a little more for the item because it was USA located, which I could've gotten from abroad for less. It is now 8 days from date of purchase and the item has not been received by the shipper (USPS). A shipping label was created after I requested a cancellation, which I did because the item had not shipped. I eventually looked at sellers reviews (my bad for not doing so first) and there are a few claims in the reviews of never having received the item purchased, same thing I ordered. I have contacted the seller for either a refund or to get the thing in the mail. Neither happened. Ebay has denied me a refund and claims nothing is wrong. I am not sure what eBay deems as an issue to assist in resolving.
