Purchase I didn’t receive
Hello everyone, why is it that I am ignored by ebay when I try to recieve a refund from an order I never received. I ordered an item in June of 2023 and have been actively trying to receive my 50.44 dollar payment back after the seller disappeared of the face of the Earth. Recently, I noticed his account was back again but without items. I haven’t been able to contact an agent because the assistant won’t let me. This is very disappointing customer service for an issue can seemingly be so easy to fix. Please if anyone has answers help me out. Thank you.

eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The money back guarantee just doesn't extend that far out. You usually have to pursue a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery.
Even a credit card company is unlikely to protect you after all this time.
