Purchase history won't display on my desktop, but does show up on my phone.
Of course Ebay isn't being very helpful so I hope the community can help. I've been using ebay for at least 15 years. Suddenly a couple months ago I couldn't get my purchase history to display on my desktop. However, it does display on my phone. Has anyone else had that problem? If so, did you resolve it? TIA

OP1 year agoThanks for your response. I checked and it already says "all". I can display the history on my phone tho.

On your PC did you try changing ALL to another time period then back to ALL?

OP1 year agoHI and thanks again! I changed the "all" to "2023" with no results. Did the same thing and refreshed. Nothing. Logged out and logged in. Nada. Then logged out and restarted the PC. Again nada.
I guess it's not an emergency, but it's kind of a mystery that it can't display the history like that. I'll try to contact eBay directly. Thanks again for your help!!!

You are more than welcome ... they historically update their main servers on Thursdays so if this started after that it may just be temporary ... at least I hope it is. You can request a call back here: eBay Customer Service

Make sure you are actually signed in to the same eBay account on both devices.
Currently you are posting using an account created in October 2024, so there are definitely no 2023 purchases in this account.

The year just turned over and the default on your Purchase history might be set for 2025 instead of ALL ... there is a little drop down menu on the right where you can change the time frame that your Purchase list displays.
