purchase history wipped
I have recently purchased two pairs of shoes. One needs to be returned. When I go to purchases, it says I have purchased nothing. What happened to my history, and how do I get my money back??

·3 years agoHow recent did you purchase the shoes?
The purchase history shows the last 60 days.
In the upper right, change the date range and see if they are there.

OP3 years agoI purchased the shoes Mar 28, 23. I contacted the seller and have received no reply, the same with Ebay.
I have been a member for many years at least 15 years but everything is gone and I can't get my money back.

Is it possible you made the purchase as a guest?
