OP2 years agoEbay call center, I have four time asking what happened to my purchase history. And 4 x been told I have to download it and x4 I have download it and x4 I get about the last 3 months

Mentor2 years agoAt one point, using a desktop browser I saw Purchase History options going back seven years.

To download a report of your purchase history you must select a valid date range first.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.

eBay does not have a public number for customer service, so what number did you call? To contact eBay by phone you must request a call back from the UK site.
