Purchase History Missing
I have made purchases all the way back in 2012 and I was wanting to view my history, but my purchase history only goes back to last year. Why might that be?

Mentor2 years agoThe eBay account you are signed in to at the moment was registered in 2013.
You should be able to see purchases made in the last four years in your Purchase History.
Is it possible you have more than one eBay account?

OP2 years agoThat may be what I meant to type. But yes, I cannot see anything past last year. Why might that be?

Mentor2 years agoeBay has made some changes to the Purchase History page recently, so it is possible that something in your cache or cookies conflicts with the new page data.
Try a different browser. If the Purchase History displays better there, try clearing your cache and manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser.
At one point, using a desktop browser I saw Purchase History options going back seven years.

You may be able to spot some transactions on your feedback page if you exchanged feedback.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
