Purchase history issue
Has anyone had an issue with items not showing in your purchase history?Several items I have purchased are not showing in my purchase history but do show up in buy again.

OP3 years agoI did all the above,I even put in the item number,still nothing.I have reached out to the seller and had a couple of responses but they also were having trouble finding the order number. Thank you for your response,it is appreciated.I have been around in circles trying to get help from EBay,no luck there either.

The search feature on the Purchase History page only works with item titles, not seller username, order number or item number, I believe.
If you still cannot find a listing by searching based on the item title, you could try downloading a report of purchases from your Account page here:

Reports generally take a week to generate. I do not know if an item that does not appear in your Purchase History will still appear in your report, but it may be worth trying.
eBay does remove listings for various reasons, but I think if eBay had removed the listing entirely you would not see it in your "Buy again" list.

OP3 years agoI have already done both asking for a report and putting the product description in there.THE ONLY THING LEFT IS TO LET PayPal deal with it if I can’t get any help.The seller has been really good about responding but says they can only issue a refund through EBay.

Mentor3 years agoMake sure you are viewing the correct account and date range.
Try searching your purchase history using a keyword from the item title.
Sometimes a transaction does not appear when viewing the entire year's transactions, but the transaction can still be found by searching.
You may also be able to find transactions in your feedback if you exchanged feedback. Recent transactions should appear on your eBay Bucks page if you are enrolled.
