Purchase History is gone

I am needing help to see my 2025 purchase from April 2025 to now. When I go in to the 2 items to check the tracking number the items are not found.

There are FOUR possible reasons I can think of why you cannot find the items in your Purchase History:

The items were ordered under a different account. Solution: Sign into the other account.
The items were ordered as a 'Guest'. Solution: Find the confirmation email you received when you ordered the items. It will contain the information you need.
The listings were removed by eBay because of some policy violation. Solution: File an 'item not received' claim from your Purchase History AFTER the Estimated Delivery Date has passed if you don't receive the items.
You inadvertently clicked on 'Hide order'. Solution: Go to your Purchase History and Click on 'Undo Hide'.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account and that you are using the correct date range to view your Purchase History.
