Purchase history haven't updated since January
Hello - off and on buyer - several purchases this last 2 weeks, but not showing on purchase history. AI no help, shows up on watched items saying I bought them - any suggestions? Thanks!

Any chance your most recent purchases were made using a different eBay account?

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase history and make sure the date range is Last 60 days. Not there? The change to 2026.
Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
