Purchase history doesn't show activity for 2025 or 2026
My purchase history stops at the end of 2024. I've recently made quite a few purchases and have confirmation emails and have received several items. But none of them show up in my Purchase History

Is it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.

Is it possible that some time in 2024 you inadvertently created a new eBay account -- perhaps after getting a new device or when signing in via a new social media account -- and that those purchases appear in a different eBay account? And then more recently you signed in to your older account?

No, but it is possible that the reason you had to change your password was that you were actually signing in to an entirely different eBay account. Or that you thought you were changing your password when you were in fact registering a new account.
