Purchase history
My purchase history only shows last 60 days. The drop down tabs for viewing 1 year 2 years and 3 years have disappeared. Any idea on how to get tabs back. EBay maze of customer service is not helping can't speak with live person. Any suggestions welcome Thank you

OP2 years agoI tried looking again as I have for last several days but the drop down that have always used is now not there. Just blank space where it used to be. So strange. The list of purchases only looks like last 60 days and unable to access previous orders-tab is gone. Appreciate your help though. Is it possible to actually speak with a live person at ebay? Have tried several times but only get unhelpful automated answers

Mentor2 years agoSo you are saying that the dropdown I highlighted in the screenshot above is not there?
If so, first try clearing your cache and cookies or try another browser. If that doesn't help, at the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

I contacted eBay thru the link you sent and found out that I need to go thru the desktop site instead of mobile site. Not sure why it changed but it works now. Thank you very much 😊
