purchase history

I cant see 2023 purchase history, says no orders to show, i have a ton! i just bought something and they sent me the wrong item and i can't contact the seller, it shows my 2022 and 2021 history.

i can't find anywhere to contact ebay. this problem is not on the options to get live help chat.
