Purchase history
Just ordered a jewelry watch and would like to return. Only problem it does not show up on my purchase history..only 2 days after I received it. Wondered why?

Did you make the purchase with your Ebay account or did you purchase as a guest?
Are you able to find the order confirmation from Ebay in your email?

OP3 years agoThanks for the response..I made the purchase with my personal account and payed with PayPal. I find all the order details there. Not on my Ebay account.

OP3 years agoFound out my browser was outdated so after downloaded the update everything came back..thanksðŸ‘
