Mentor2 years agoTry another browser or another link. Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account.
At one point, using a desktop browser I saw Purchase History options going back seven years.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
