purchase doesn't show up on my site
i have the item ID and Order number - so why or where is it on my site.

Mentor9 months agoIf the item does not appear in your Purchase History, you may have purchased as a guest, in which case you need to find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you. You can then click on "order details" in that email.
