Purchase delivered to incorrect address
(two) 2 accounts with same name, different addresses.
Correction made to my primary address. Future purchases will go to Edited address.
Other purchase delivered to incorrect address. How can I I retrieve?
Contact refuses to return/cancel.

Sellers on eBay must ship to the address provided by the buyer when the item has been purchased. They cannot ship to a different address for safety and fraud reasons. If the item was already shipped, there is nothing the seller can do. A seller should cancel, but it is up to their discretion to do so
Best advice is to explain to the person at that residence that you had a package sent to your previous address and see what you can do to arrange a hand-off to you
