purchase delivered but reported not delivered
Hopefully someone can help . I have a buyer that is claiming he didn't receive his package but the eBay app and the tracking from USPS says it was delivered. USPS did an investigation and they said the package was delivered. They even talked with the postal driver that said it was delivered to the mailbox. The buyer is demanding I send him a refund. I don't think I should have to refund some thing that was delivered. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Item is $192

Mentor9 months agoRespond to the buyer with the tracking # and tracking information that proves delivery.
If the buyer files an Ebay refund request, you will need to respond to the dispute with the same information.

OP9 months agoThank you for responding. I sent the tracking info to this buyer from USPS showing that is was delivered, he is adamant that I send him a full refund threatening to get ebay involved. I'm trying to get a hold of an agent but they refuse to talk to me. I talked to the post office they said they won't refund on something that was delivered. Any other suggestions?

Mentor9 months agoYou are not required to do anything unless the buyer files a refund request through eBay. If they do that just respond to the request with the tracking number and tracking information.
