Trying to order an item from FunaRV. Pressed confirm and pay and haven't received a confirmation if you've received my payment.

Mentor1 year agoThen it's a SCAM. Always pay for vehicles in person after you inspect them. Contact your funding source RIGHT AWAY to report the fraud.

Mentor1 year ago@wri_2101 Where did you find the FunaRV? I don't see any listed on eBay.com as active OR completed listings. Vehicles are not paid for using eBay checkout other than a deposit.
I see a store with the name FunaRV that sells PARTS.
Did you find the listing on another site and they said eBay will handle the sale? If yes then I am sorry that's a SCAM.
eBay has NOTHING to do with sales on another site.
Always pay for vehicles in person with cash or bank transfer after you have inspected the vehicle carefully.

OP1 year agoIf I didn't get a confirmation when I tapped on confirm and pay does that mean it didn't get ordered.

Mentor1 year ago@wri_2101. Sorry I misunderstood you. If the item isn't in your purchase history then you may have checked out as a guest.
LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and request the guest account email. Check your spam folder.
If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page ( Do NOT log in to your regular eBay account) :

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can also open a return request (to get a return label) OR report that the item has not arrived when it's at least one day past the last estimated delivery date.
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Return item OR report that the item has not arrived
3) Select your reason for the return if returning an item and select Next.
4) You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition if you are returning an item
