Purchase cancellation
I accidentally placed an incorrect offer and purchased the item. The seller has generated a tracking number, but due to the weekend, the item hasn't been shipped yet. I initiated a return, and the system is asking me to select a reason. However, I haven't received the item yet. I've contacted the seller, and they agreed to cancel, but the system says it cannot cancel. What should I do? Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoHe can refund through the return. Ask the seller to go to your return and select 'refund buyer now'.
