Purchase as a guest and want to return
How can I contact eBay if I made a purchase as a guest and this information is not available to send them to initiate a refund. The Seller is rude and refuses to refund my purchase. eBay has a refund guarantee policy but I cannot reach anyone at eBay! The rude Seller has closed my return request and when I view the return details, I get an error message...please help!
