Purchase
I purchased an item on the 7th of august and it hasn’t shipped yet , i contacted the seller and haven’t heard anything back. It’s unable to be cancelled due to the possible lu of it being shipped but it hasn’t. What can i do? I have purchased a second item because I am in need of it asap

Mentor2 years agoFirst of all, you don't know if the seller shipped. He may have shipped but didn't upload tracking.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
No action can be taken before the last estimated arrival date passes.
