Purchase
I purchased an item off of eBay and it will ship late upon receiving this item. It was too big for my daughter. I looked over the item. Everything on the item said it would be a perfect fit, but it was 2 1/2 sizes too big, which led me to believe that is why it was shipped late because now my window for return has closed and eBay is not taking the time to speak with me. I don’t know what to do at this point, but I could surely use some help because I am being screwed with this purchase that I cannot return because they shipped it late and it arrived the day that my return would close . If eBay would just speak with me, they could look at the history and see that I am not telling a lie. They would see that the shoe was ship late in the window for return the day I received the Item. If this is the outcome, then I do not want to purchase off of eBay anymore because of sellers like this who knows how to work the system to benefit their pockets. I’ve been and eBay buyer for over 17 years and I’ve never ran into a situation where I could not speak with someone and have them look it over and fix this for me! If anyone has suggestions or phone numbers to contact eBay please let me know because the automated set up they have is not helping me at all.

OP2 years agoI tried to return them the very next day and in less than a day they closed the case.

You have 30 days from delivery to file a return request. Why do you think ‘shipping late’ changes that?
