The "item ordered" does that mean you've already purchased it? You bought it before you had all the information you wanted. Well, all you have to do is wait until it arrives ... you'll see for yourself what size it is then.
Everyone advises buyers to ask all their questions to the seller before they buy an item. If a seller isn't responsive when you're a prospect, it shouldn't be surprising that they're more unresponsive after they already have your money.
If you'll provide the item number, I'll take a look at the listing and see if there's anything I can find that might indicate the size.
