I purchased an item a few days ago but have not heard from the seller since. Neither has my item been shipped, I’ve sent multiple messages no reply or anything

Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to answer messages or provide tracking until a case has been filed, though many sellers will do so as a matter of good customer service.
If there is still no tracking by the time the last estimated delivery date passes, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If not, you can then ask eBay to step in and refund you.

What sort of feedback does your seller have for selling? You can avoid many issues by choosing to do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering what was sold.

Mentor2 years agoSaturday and Sunday are not business days. Go to your purchase history and see what the seller's shipping time is. If it is 1 day, they ship on Monday for a Friday order. Some sellers do not offer 1 day shipping, so you need to check. There is no need to keep messaging the seller.
