I have a buyer that cannot find my item when I give him the item number. He wants to make a purchase, but it does not show up on his screen. How do I speak to someone on eBay?

It may still be indexing to the site so you'd have to give a full link and NOT just the item number.
Listings can take 24 to 30 hours to index to the site.
I can check this for you once I have the item number.
