Pulled Listing for Infringing on Copyrighted Materials

Question

I listed an item and I lazily used a stock photo. The listing got pulled down for Infringing on copyrighted materials - specifically for using a photo that I do not own. I took my own photo's of the item and revised the listing and it didn't get listed so I had eBay review it and I got a response that I am still in violation. How do I get the item listed?

Did you get a VeRO notice? IF so you need the VeRO member to lift the complaint before relisting the item.

IF no VeRO notice, then there is still something in violation.

Besides now using your own photo, did you write you own description?

Is item a brand name item, a copy, compatible, or something else?

What type of item is it?
