    Puerto Rico, international?
                     

    I live in Puerto Rico.  I have a US zip code, and a USPS mailman. I buy way too much stuff on eBay.  Usually, sellers just ship to me, and I stuff arrives 3-6 days later.  But, sometimes, a seller sends me something through their 'international shipper', and it takes three weeks.  One seller claimed that eBay required international shipping.  Are they just stupid?

    eBay recently-ish added the option of sending items through the eBay International Shipping Program to customers in Puerto Rico, and a few other places.  eBay does not require it, but some sellers may not be comfortable shipping there even if they are allowed to and it's not as difficult as they think.  Nothing you can do about it on your end except purchase items from different sellers who are not using that program.
