Puerto rico considered domestic shipping?
I offer Free domestic shipping. I just received an order from Puerto rico and the shipping costs are double. Is this considered domestic shipping and do i have to honor this sale? I will have zero profit

Mentor1 year ago@kgesslr Puerto Rico is consider domestic for USPS. It should cost the same as the state farthest from you.
Fed Ex and UPS prices are going to be MUCH higher.
What are the package dimensions and weight?
