Hi,
i just have a question about the message email received about international shipping.
Puerto Rico is not international I ship there other time and is as regular as shipping to New York or California. so what does this means now that ebay will charge more for shipping on the ebay website to puerto rico. I need clarification on this. thank you so much is appreciated.
