Why when the customer has a product I still don't have my payment everybody's been paid but me and I'm still waiting on payment even though everything's been verified no holds are put on it but I still haven't got my money everybody's got their product and everything but I still don't have my money

New or low activity Sellers can have their funds held for up to 30 days ... Payments on hold | eBay
Apparently, eBay does not make that clear when a Seller signs up to sell.
