PSA Vault
I sold a card in which the buyer sent to PSA vault. I learned that I am not going to get paid until this TCG piece has made it through verification and grading? If the buyer doesn't get a 10, am I just not getting paid? I'm not sure what is going on and why I'm waiting so long for my funds since this was shipped with insurance, tracking, and signage required.

What you’re seeing is how PSA Vault transactions work, not a normal shipment.
When a buyer chooses PSA Vault, the item is sent to PSA first for authentication and grading before it is considered delivered.
Because of that
eBay holds the payout until PSA receives and processes the item
delivery is based on PSA completing their intake, not when it arrives at the facility
Your payment does not depend on the card getting a PSA 10. The grade has nothing to do with whether you get paid.
You should still be paid once PSA verifies the item and the transaction completes through the vault process.
