PSA Grading Option
Summary: ianfilms shared their experience of making offers on two items where the PSA grading option appeared to be included but was not processed. I made an offer on two different items. When I went to make the offer in the details it showed psa grading as being selected with the pricing. The offer was accepted but the psa grading didn’t go through with either item. Curious what happened and how I can avoid that in the future?
Also, I had psa grading on another item but it didn’t pass authentication since it was different than described. I chose to have it returned. Just want to make sure the psa fees will be returned as well.

Mentor3 weeks ago@ianfilms When you make an offer it's not possible to change or add any other service. You can only select those options on Buy It Now. I do wish eBay would changes this.
You should receive a refund for the PSA fees on the card didn't pass authentication.
If you do not receive a refund for the PSA fees I recommend contacting customer service.
