I am the winning bidder of this auction.
After the auction ended, the seller informed me in eBay messages that the item was sold to his real-life friend without my knowledge.
The seller stated that apologies are the best he can offer.
The item was never shipped and the seller is unable to complete the order.
I am requesting eBay’s assistance to resolve this issue.

Mentor8 months agoSeller can not be compelled to ship to you, but will get a strike and still pay the ebay fees for cancelling the sale to you. Just make sure he doesn't cancel saying you requested it to avoid those penalties or you can report them for doing so.
Make sure seller cancels the sale and you get a full refund if you already paid. If not come back.
